- On Friday, October 17, begins with breakfast, an opening session, and dynamic rotating workshops led by Bishop Gregory Ingram and Rev. Dr. Jessica Ingram, followed by a plenary session with Bishop George D. Crenshaw. Afternoon sessions include Small Group Discipleship with Rev. Dr. David A. Williams and an informational session on Zion Benefit Services.

- On Saturday, October 18, features powerful teaching from Rev. Dr. Dominique Robinson and Rev. Joelynn Stokes, concluding with the Sending Service led by Bishop George Crenshaw.
